What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL or FedEx, arrives within 10-15 days after shipping. Perfect when you need items a little faster.

Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS, arrives within 15-25 days after shipping. Ideal for planned wardrobe updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver worldwide to help your beautifully busy life stay stylish wherever it takes you. Currently we’re unable to ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. We keep our tracking transparent because we know planning around delivery matters in your busy schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Vive In Style pieces as much in person as you did online. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the address to send your package. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package.
Who pays for return shipping?
