However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit for your lifestyle. Our returns policy reflects the same thoughtful attention to detail we apply to our BURU Label collections.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, hats, and jewelry unless they arrive defective. Our Mommy & Me sets must be returned as complete sets.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item from our Collections arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
