Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from our Collections, from our signature BURU Labels to our comfortable Loungewear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it:

Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, hats, and jewelry unless they arrive defective. Mommy & Me sets must be returned as complete sets.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Items to return/exchange (include name, SKU, size, and reason)
  • For exchanges, specify your desired replacement item

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return separately

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item from our Denim, Knitwear, or other Collections arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
